Location: Greeley, CO

Pay: $45-$50/hour

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a long-term client seeking an experienced HR leader who can bring structure, mentorship, and strategic guidance to a growing HR department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fully onsite environment and enjoys developing teams and improving processes.

Job Description:

The HR Manager will serve as the primary HR point of contact, overseeing policy development, compliance, employee relations, and departmental operations. This individual will evaluate current HR practices, introduce enhancements, and support leadership through training and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all HR functions as the primary strategic and operational partner
  • Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Assess existing workflows and introduce process improvements
  • Develop standard operating procedures to support consistency and efficiency
  • Guide and mentor HR team members with varying levels of experience
  • Manage workers’ compensation matters and employee classifications
  • Facilitate leadership development and employee training initiatives
  • Serve as the escalation point for HR questions and complex issues

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience overseeing or leading HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, employment classifications, and HR best practices
  • Ability to build structure and mentor developing HR staff
  • Experience implementing or refreshing policies and procedures
  • HRIS experience preferred (Paylocity a plus)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Additional Details:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite (Some hybrid flexibility)
  • Assignment Type: Contract-to-hire
