Responsibilities As a Guest Services Team Member, it is your responsibility to provide exemplary customer service by greeting our guests and making them feel welcome. Our guest services employees are friendly and attentive to meet the needs of every service customer that walks into our dealership. You will assist with a variety of driving-related tasks in the Service Department including transporting vehicles to assigned technicians, moving them through the car wash, and positioning them for customer pick-up.
